I didn’t wanna know
But I knew my beliefs had shifted some
So I ignored all the groans in my cavernous soul in case I woke some dragon up
I settled for liquid gold
Numb the worry over ice
But the longer you wait to spelunker that cave so the longer it terrifies
It took me two years to find the courage
